The name of the organisation is Cumann Rince Dea Mheasa (Organisation of Goodwill) herein maybe referred to as Dea Mheasa
Mission Statement
To preserve the history and promote the future of Irish Dancing. This will include step and céilí dancing. To promote Irish culture, music and dance. To make Irish Dancing accessible to all persons of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
Objective
- To unite and organise all Teachers registered to Cumann Rince Dea Mheasa.
- To register, organise and promote Irish Dancing Feiseanna at a local level.
- To register, organise and promote Championship Feiseanna at Regional and National levels.
- To provide and hold qualifying examinations for Teachers and Adjudicators of Irish Dancing.
- To hold grading examinations for all pupils of Cumann Rince Dea Mheasa.
